How do my agents connect to Brevo?
Via a Brevo API key. The connection is set up once, from the Atako integration settings.
Is my Brevo API key safe?
Yes. Your API key is encrypted and never exposed to the agent: it acts through a secure access layer, without ever seeing or handling your credentials.
Can I limit what each agent is allowed to do?
Yes. Each Brevo API key has a defined access level (contacts, transactional email, campaigns) that you choose when creating it. Read and write permissions are configured per agent.
What can an agent actually do in Brevo?
Your agents can create contacts, manage lists and folders, send transactional emails, prepare campaigns as drafts, send a test and list senders. Sending a campaign for real is not possible from the agent, depending on the permissions you grant.
Can I revoke access at any time?
Yes, in one click from the integration settings. The agent immediately loses all access to Brevo, no action needed on the Brevo side.
What Brevo data is covered?
Contacts, lists, folders, transactional emails, campaigns and senders. Actual campaign sending, SMS, WhatsApp, templates, webhooks and Brevo API keys are not exposed to agents.
